Orthodontic Specialist
Born in Burdur in 1966, Dr. Dt. Ömer Koyutürk completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Burdur. In 1984, he entered Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry and graduated as the top student of his class in 1989.
Immediately after graduation, he was accepted into the PhD program at the Department of Orthodontics at the same faculty. After successfully completing the required proficiency and doctoral examinations, he received his PhD Degree in Orthodontics in 1994.
Since 1994, Ömer Koyutürk has been providing orthodontic treatments at his private clinic in Bakırköy. As of 2025, he has transferred his professional experience to Koyutürk Dental Clinic, which he founded together with his family.
His main areas of interest and expertise include:
- Orthodontic treatments (children, adolescents, and adults)
- Clear aligner treatments
- Correction of jaw and tooth alignment disorders
- Functional orthodontic appliance applications
- Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) treatments
